Their fans have long known that the 20 year music business veteran vikings of Månegarm are not afraid of developing their melodic pagan sound further. With their latest, self-titled album the band keeps true to course: Månegarm remains expressive and varied from the first note to the last. The band comments: “The 31st of March we set sail once again to conquer Europe; this time together with our old friends and brothers in arms – Skyforger & Ereb Altor! This will be a blast brothers and sisters and we’re really looking forward to meet all of you on the road!”
Convince yourself on the upcoming headlining-tour through Europe! From Swedish folk ballads reminiscent of camp fires to wild and forceful black metal interludes, everything the metal sounds of the north are known for is represented!
The support comes from well known pagan metal bands Skyforger and Ereb Altor. Skyforger comments: “We are glad to be back on touring mode in this March and April. These will be our first gigs this year and we are really looking forward to visit some new places, and return to the old ones! What makes this package awesome is that we will be again on same stages with our old friends Månegarm, and also it will be great to meet new friends from Ereb Altor. Ereb Altor adds: “The ice on the Sea will soon break and Ereb Altor will leave the shores of Sweden and set sail to conquer Europe! The ravens will guide our way! We are looking forward to raise our fists in the air alongside Månegarm and Skyforger!”
